Each piece of wood is hand crafted, sanded and painted individually. We use the high quality finish to protect artwork from sun and humidity affection.
Each panel has been cut and painted by hand, so the picture is unique and will never have an identical copy. Every piece is made in our little workshop in Kolkata. Each piece is constructed from various boards/veneers/wood which means that each one turns out slightly different depending on the grain and how the wood accepts the stain. The different layers are sometimes stained different colors in order to bring out the design's depth. It also adds more aesthetic texture to an already lively appearance. Note, the appearance might change throughout the day depending on the light.
