Shipping Policy

All Products made on demand to order and go through a 10 step process ( Drawing, Carving, Painting etc ) before being ready for dispatch.
Generally Acrylic items are processed and shipped within 15 to 20 working days ( excluding weekends and holidays ) from the date of order which comes to a month approx. For customised items the processing time is 30-60 working days ( excluding weekends and holidays). Furniture/Neon/Wooden Items/Mirrors will take a minimum of 45-60 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Lockdown Days,Weekends & Holidays are not counted as business days. For Mosaics processing time is 2-3 months as these are intricate items and handmade.
Once the items are shipped we will share the tracking number with you with the help of which you can track the status online.
There can be further delays due to lockdown or due to the ongoing situation of pandemic. During the pandemic we cannot commit on a specific date or time for shipping/delivery.
The delivery time may vary depending on the location. Items once shipped are beyond our control, however we may follow up with the shipping partner if there is any delay.
